Who's the better WR play - Austin or S.Johnson?

Can't decide on who to use as my WR3 (PPR league), Austin or Steve Johnson, and if either of those guys are better than Ryan Mathews in my flex spot. Any thoughts out there would be appreciated, post any questions u may have. Thx in advance.

Mathews/Austin/Johnson
