Who to Start Message Board
I've been playing FF for a while, I'll answer any questions you have with some explanation if you need help. Sit/start, trades, whatever it is.
DeMarco Murray is going to be a stud...Felix Jones will be out a few weeks, Murray has looked better than FJ as a runner anyway and is a viable pass-catching back and blocker, so there's no reason he won't blow up in the next 4 weeks, playing STL (161 ypg, 4.8 ypc), PHI (124 ypc, 4.8 ypc), SEA (98 ypg, 3.1 ypc), BUF (136 ypg, 5.1 ypc)...also, Dallas will probably lead the Rams, Seahawks, and possibly the Bills, giving Murray a huge amount of work in at least 3 of these 4 games. I was ready to trade for Murray if I didn't get him off waivers.
Pick up Maurice Morris now. Jahvid Best's concussion is way more severe than originally expected, and most likely won't play this week, or next week, is iffy after that, and could possibly miss the entire rest of the season. Linehan apparently loves Morris, and will definitely get the bulk this week over a mediocre at best Keiland Williams. Detroit hasn't been able to run with Jahvid Best and I'd expect them to run a lot in the near future if they can get some yardage this week. Harrison is done, Brown is still in Philly, and there's nothing left in Detroit. Atlanta isn't an amazing play, but after that, vs. DEN (124 ypg, 4.0 ypc), CHI (122 ypg, 5.4 ypc), and CAR (140 ypg, 4.8 ypc). If he's available, get him. Won't be RB1 material by any means or RB2 every week, but he'll squeeze out some good yardage in blowout games, TDs around the goal line, and passes through the air (good catcher).
If you will have bye issues next week (ATL, CHI, GB, NYJ, OAK, TB) - you could be losing Turner, Forte, Starks/Grant, Greene, McFadden, and Blount/Graham, so you may need a guy .... BERNARD SCOTT. Although he's been horrible this year, he got a TD in week 5 and 11 carries in week 6. Benson is out in Week 8, so he'll likely get accustomed to the offense as a starter more in the bye week this week. This will be Scott's first real start, and could bring good things. He'll face SEA, and although they have been tough against the run, the last three games have been close and I think they'll definitely key on the passing game. Scott is good out of the backfield, and could be a solid flex PPR play in week 8.
So have at it...ask me questions.
I need three:
Daniel Thomas vs den
Jackie battle vs. Oak
Ryan torain vs. Car
darren sproles vs ind
Then if julio Jones is out do I grab Baldwin, Malcolm Floyd, Antonio brown, Greg little, Demaryius Thomas or torrey smith?
whats tebows worth? if i can get him for jordy nelson would that help my team out alot since i have so many wr. I also just made a trade for H. Nicks and gave D.Jackson/M. Bush/ T. Choice
my team is:
Saints kicker/GB defense

I like that Nicks trade - I'm not a big D.Jax guy and the two guys you gave up to get him are irrelevant.
I would do that trade, you need QB help and should be fine at WR (CalvinJ is WR1, Nicks is top10, and Greg Little is emerging). I'm not a huge fan of Tebow, but the team wants him, he has the running ability and could be like Cam Newton around the goal line, and truly wants to succeed. I really believe Jordy Nelson owners will be disappointed when Jennings continues to shine, JerMichael Finley starts tearing it up, Jones and Driver continue to catch balls, and the running game gets used more. IMO Nelson could be worthless by the end of the year

Doesn't matter if that's Roy or Ricky Williams, you're not starting either over SJAX/Bowe, or anyone for that matter.
I don't particularly like SJax because Dallas has been exceptional on D and against the run particularly, despite being in all close games (69 ypg, 3.3 ypc).
Bowe has a great match up against OAK, who has allowed 284 ypg and 12 pass TDs.
mcgahee (vs MIA) or graham (vs CHI)
Im leaning towards mcgahee cause theyre not likely to throw tebow much, but graham also got a lot of touches last week for the bucs. Neither Defense is a great matchup
what do you think?

I think both are good plays, but I'm going to have to go with Graham...Chicago has actually been horrible against the run (122 ypg, 5.4 ypc), playing just Turner, Ingram/Sproles, Starks/Grant, D. Williams/Stewart, Best, and Peterson. That's not a terrifying group of running backs. Graham has a great match up in what should be a close game.
