Who to Start Message Board
got a trade offer;
reggie wayne & cj2k
roddy white & greg jennings
my other wr and rb's are:
Andre Johnson (Hou - WR)
Early Doucet (Ari - WR)
Nate Burleson (Det - WR)
Mike Tolbert (SD - RB)
BenJarvus Green-Ellis (NE - RB)
Joseph Addai (Ind - RB)
Carnell Williams (StL - RB)
thinking about it, thanks for the help,
I'd say in a PPR its a no brainer. Especially if you are in a league with a bonus for going over 100+ yards rushing or recieving. if in a standard and no bonus its really a question of do you trust ellis-Green to produce. I'd say its a pretty even trade, but slightly to his advantage right now. Cj2K has the best playoff matchups and wayne too if Manning is back
Alright it seems as though I have a good problem here, but I cant make a decision on who to start...
I have 2 paid leagues, teams look pretty similar (3rd overall in 10 man, 4th overall in 12 man)
I must start 2 WR, 2RB and a RB/WR flex in both, heres who I have to choose from:
Santana Moss(against ARI, who steve smith torched week1)
and I picked up Carnell Williams w/ SJax being out a couple weeks...
In second league:
same as team 1 except Mark Ingram and not Hightower.
Thanks for any input :)
WAYNE is better without Manning , He spreads the ball around to 6 different receivers whereas Collins will lean heavily on Wayne & Clark , Collie & Garcon are down without Manning but Wayne & Clark are fine , this is a nice trade for you
Take the trade.
You've got a WR1 in Andre Johnson and Reggie Wayne is a fine WR2 still. What you're getting is a certain RB1 to platoon with a group of ball carriers that are in time shares (Tolbert and BJGE). You're getting the better part of the deal- even if you're required to start 3 WRs, you've still got WRs that can serve as your WR3 on your roster, but you don't have a RB that isn't in time shares and has the upside that CJ has.
Sure you're sacrificing some star power, but neither WRs you're giving up are going to get you 20 touches a game like CJ will and Wayne is still likely to be the beneficiary of 4-6 catches a game.
