Who to Start Message Board

Ok this is where I am so far:
Because of Ryan Matthews not performing well, I was thinking about picking up Fred Jackson. I also have Brandon Jackson available and LeGarrette Blount. Please advise.
Also for my TE options, I was thinking about benching Lewis and picking up Kellen Winslow. Others available: Brandon Pettigrew. Please advise.
Please let me know if I should change anything up with my WR's from the ones starting to the ones on the bench.
Also I had Matt Cassel starting, but changed to Matt Schaub-good move or not?
Driver or Floyd or Knox for the rest of the season as my 3WR?
Driver is usually consistent, but is a #2 option at best and only when healthy.
Floyd may have to face a reduction in touches once Jackson is up and running, if the chargers decide to get him involved.
Knox is the #1 option in CHI and showing it, but lack of consistency in the passing game for Chicago has me concerned.
Who should I go with?
My running backs are Mendenhall, Benson, Torain, Charles and Jones.....I need to start three of them with one of them being my flex player. I am concerned about whether to start Charles or Jones or I guess both.
Need 1 Flex who will give me the most fantasy pts this week.
- Felix Jones vs Jacksonville
- Wes Welker vs Minnesota
- Deion Branch vs Minnesota
Also, pick up nick folk or garrett hartley for rest of year and drop mason crobsy?
