Who to Start Message Board
steve smith, would be the one I would sit. Alright I need some help with running backs and receivers. I am considering getting bernard scott if I can get a more definitive word on scott being out. I would need to drop either collie or breaston I think. My running backs are jason snelling- atlanta's back up, lesean mccoy, steve slaton, knowshon moreno, justin forsett, and ladell betts, my receivers are randy moss- I worry about the match up this week, mike sims-walker, miles austin, and the two receivers I mentioned that I might drop one of. I need the best 5 players and they have to be 2 wrs, 2 rbs, and a flex rb/wr. Please help.

Sorry to take long - I'm at work.
If Portis is out definitely start Betts.
You have some tough choices after that in RB...Snelling looks good, even against NYG, and I always like Moreno but he has been hit and miss lately. Slaton, well who knows....that's tough.
You start Sims-Walker, I think it's hard to sit Moss, but he was shut down last meeting with NJY, so yeah. I would either go Austin for my second slot if you do sit Moss...
Then flex...well I think you have to start one of your other RBs, either Slaton or Moreno...
Tough choices man, sorry.
I totally agree with these guys. I would sit Smith. Eli just hasn't been the same since he came down with "Emmitt Smith" disease. I'm sure you're seen the commercials.
OK here's mine:
I have to sit Ronnie Brown and replace him with either McCoy or Reggie Bush. Which one?

That is a tough one. I think it's kind of a toss up, but I would go with McCoy, at least you know he is getting the starting gig. Bush has had hot hands lately but he is a crap shoot and is only getting a few carries every game.
Now the two problems with McCoy are: he's playing Chi which can be tough on against the run, and he is playing for PHI who have abandoned the run lately. I still think he has a better chance of getting more this week...
I agree that I'd sit Smith. Eli has been too inconsistent as of late, plus the matchups for the rest are great!
I need some help with a replacement for Turner from the following
Snelling @ Giants
Forsett @ Vikes
Wells @ ST. L
I'd sit Steve Smith. The other three either have great matchups or are having good games as of late. gotta start calvin against the browns and msw against the bills, and beanie should put up very solid numbers against the rams
for 3 wr, 2 rb, and 1 flex in a ppr league with return yards (1pt/40 ret yds):
colston, calvin johnson, msw, miles austin, sid rice
ray rice, LT, sproles,

WRs - I like MSW, Sid Rice, and Calvin Johnson....but the problem is that Austin or Colston COULD have a great day...but I like to go with sure and steady rather than maybe great.
Obviously you're starting Ray Rice, and I like LT this week, but it's a tough call....
Now for Flex, I like sproles because of returns, but you just never know if he is going to get any touches during the game...I think I would go with Colston at Flex.
Hope this helps.
