I would definitely play Maroney over Piere due to match-ups for this week.

I'm in a 12 team NO PPR and I'm starting Westbrook and Thomas Jones as my starting rb's and I need to fill 2 WR positions and 1 Flex position either a RB or a WR. Should I go with 3 WR or 2 WR and a RB (Washington). Any advice would be highly appreciated.
