1. I say Hakeem Nicks no doubt... He's going to a solid team that just threw money at Eli Manning, so they ARE going to use him. Furthermore, the WR depth in New York is shallow so he'll get some playing time if he's productive...
2. Michael Crabtree would be second based on the system he's going into, but I'm really wary about picking up a player that isn't even close to getting into training camp. His early numbers WILL suffer.
3&4. Heyward-Bey and Harvin are both going to teams where they might get opportunities, but I'm just not sure their quarterbacks will be able to get them the ball. In Minnesota, I say that because there is no starting quarterback, and in Oakland, it's because Russell will spend most of the season on his back...
5. Maclin just has too much competition this year to see much playing time. This is just my thought process... Take it or leave it...
forgot about dhb and mac. dhb is a good receiver but is prone to injuring his hammy. plus the only guy that can get him the ball deep is jamarcus but he showed up to camp overweight and garcia looks to be the QB for now and he can't throw it that deep anymore. mac is a good receiver also but will be behind desean jackson and sharing catches with curtis.
i'm in a dliemma my self as i own harvin, nicks and crabtree. harvin will be good for short passes and the occasional deep threat since there is no stability at QB in minny but AP will keep defenses on their toes so harvin should see his fair share of catches. nicks played well after plax shot himself and believe he can be a good threat but have never trusted eli. crabtree might not sign til sept and even if he does he will be so rusty he won't have much of an impact til at least 3-4 weeks into the season, much like jamarcus did in oakland. for now, i'd go with harvin, but for later in the season/ keeper leagues, crabtree is your guy.
