Commissioner Corner Message Board
There should be a standard you have to be in order to become a commish...I have 2 examples this year that best explains why...#1 I joined a lg, we went through the draft and everything. Then the commish deletes the league, my guess he knew it wasnt going to be that easy to win it. #2 Im in a league I regret joining and wish i could leave. This commish runs everything about the league, drops players off of teams to his liking but the picks up the players himself, also trading scrubs for his friends (something he admitted) for braun and CC in return...Ive been playing this fantasy stuffd for awhile now and winning isnt everything, I just want to have fun...But allowing owners like these to start leagues just kills that for 10 players easy. Thank you and god Bless
Wow, crapppppppy. In 8 years of NFL,NHL, MLB and soccer pools I have only run into one commish that didn't know or abide by "Fair Play"
Tough but don't lose any time with clown, it is after all free fantasy play. Just bench all your players, forget about league and move on.
It doesn't happen often
In my opinion you should be at least 35%/40% on that fantasy achievement bar to be able to start a lg...Something has got to give...I lost a spot because of some loser...I love this fantasy stuff...Im very active...Why do I get the ishtty end of the stick...Im just frustrated.
I couldn't agree more. We could trade terrible commish stories all day. Had one lock every team after the draft besides his own, performed drops and pickups to his choosing as well and played the whole year against no one (I assume from his mother's basement). I have a Roto drafting tonight (8:30 EST) if you're interested although I am trying to limit it to loyal littles of the tony kornheiser radio show (and podcast).
