replacement needed 12 team keeper league Cargo/Jup/Chapman
ALL settings/keeper rules/CATs/etc are debateable and changeable in ALL of my leagues. I do NOT intervene at all in any matter "as a commish". Yes, I am the commish, and I will be the tie breaker if needed. But league vote will ALWAYS rule in all of my leagues.
