New keeper league w/MILB roster
League is new with 10 teams total (2 divisions) and 5 openings. 28 man active rosters w/ 3DL spots. This is best described as a semi-dynasty league as we will keep 15 players and have a maximum of 15 MILB prospects. MILB draft will take place as soon as league is ready to hold off-line draft of MILB players (8-10), number to be decided later.
