We are going to do an auction draft in which each team gets $260.00 to spend during. Then each team will have $100.00 Free Agent Acquisition Budget(FAAB) to start the season to bid on players on waivers or pickup free agents for $1.00 with. Say you drafted, traded for or picked up with your FAAB Dylan Bundy this season for $1.00 and next season you wanted him as one of your keepers. It would cost you $6.00 and you save yourself the possible price premium of retaining him through the auction redraft otherwise. The next season(year 3, year 2 as your keeper) it would cost you $11.00 to keep Bundy. The year after(year 4, year 3 as your keeper) and every year thereafter that price would increase by $10.00. So, Bundy would cost $21.00 that season. $31.00 the next until that player is no longer worth you keeping for another that you've acquired at a higher value for the price. Keepers will deduct from your available auction budget that season.
