    Playoffs in a Rotisserie format?

    Dear Fellow Commissioners,

My league is currently having a debate whether to have a rotisserie or a head to head format. I feel that h2h is more exciting because of playoffs, wheres rotisserie seems more suited to the statistics of baseball. What are your experiences? And is there a way to have a playoff format in a rotisserie league?

    Thanks

    • Except for football, roto is the way to go as there are no advantages from numbers of games played during the week. It will affect the outcomes on any given week. what I have done to keep interest up is by paying more place finishers and by making rosters daily rather than weekly

    • What I am doing is having a H2H league that also rewards individual statistical wins. It is a 7x7 league and whoever wins a particular stat for the season gets money, in this case $50. That said, you could set it up where you calculate the weighted averages etc to determine who would have won if it were straight up Roto and have a prize for that in addition to the H2H playoffs.
