When you lock in the keepers, you can put them at the beginning, the end, or ignore the options and do it manually, round by round.

In the league I commish we use last season's draft round as the basis for keeper slots...

In the league I commish we use last season's draft round as the basis for keeper slots. If you want to keep a 1st rounder from last year, it costs you your first rounder this year. If you want to keep an undrafted guy from last year, you lose your last pick. If you keep 2 first rounders from last year you lose your first two picks... and so on and so forth.
