renewing league is not inviting previous managers...HELP

I just renewed my league from last year is yahoo supposed to send out the email reminders to all my managers? or do I have to manually use the "invite friends" tool?

  It should e-mail everyone. But you can use the invite friends tool first. Just don't invite friends when you still have the fully allotted amount of teams with invites outstanding. Just press the red X on the far right hand side of the enter email for managers section.
