"On the other hand, baseball is still seven weeks or so away from playing meaningful games. There's really no hurry. "
While I'm extremely anxious, that's how I feel. There's plenty of time after they start the game up. I don't know, I hear people just TRASHING Yahoo, while frothing at the mouth for the very game they are bashing. The product is quality, people can't hang out for 3 WHOPPING extra days for it over ESPN?
My only theory on the not announcing the time is that they fear server crashes. Maybe?
With Yahoo you can be sure of 2 things:
1. They will never "hit" any date that they promise
2. Stat tracker and/or score keeping will "blow up" during the last week or two of the season, just when it's most critical

That is very true. And even though I have been going a little batshit crazy, I realize the season is 7 weeks away. But a good point was made. They probably have10x the amount of fantasy football leagues. Which is mind boggling because fantasy football is horrible and requires 1/10 of skill compared to fantasy baseball. That last comment had nothing to do with this thread but I feel the need to bash fantasy football any chance I can.
