It's usually the Tuesday after the SB in the afternoon, but last year they had some issues to iron out and it was pushed back to that Thursday at 6:00 PM EST. I have not seen any announcements.

I sent an email to their Customer Care last week. They said they can't provide an exact date, but it will be towards the end of February.

I am hoping they are wrong...
