This is a new Keeper league. its a points only league with a live draft.
we are going to keep 4 players every year. this is for players that
will return every year and that have experience in fantasy basketball.
usually in keeper leagues we do a reverse order for the draft next year
and whoever wins picks last. but with 4 keepers, every team should be
fairly equal. so every year the draft order will be random. 8 team
league. if a player or 2 doesnt come back next year he will be replaced.
