  • Question about free agent pick ups in finals

    I am in the championships, which will extend three extra days until Oct. 3. My league allows only four free agent pick ups each week. Now my question is will I have four free agent pick ups allowed through next Sunday and then have a new set begin the following Monday as is the case all season. Or will Yahoo shut down the free agent moves to include all 10 days for the four allowable moves? Very important because it will affect my strategy. Thanks for your help. I will be awaiting an answer ASAP.

      There won't be any extra picks on Monday. There is a link on the fantasy homepage call...

      On your League's homepage should be a link to Yahoo telling you all about that stuff. It was posted some time ago and has been up ever since.

      If you get 4 moves, than you only get 4 moves, even if the week is 10 days long.

      No additional picks. If you have a limit of 4 f/a for the week, that is all you will get for the two week scoring period. It might have been different last year since the finals were actually 2 weeks long (I don't recall), but this year they're not doing it since the second week is only 3 games.

      I wouldn't think so. If the last week of the season was finished on a Thursday or a Friday, maybe. But with the season ending on Wednesday, it wouldn't make sense to reset weekly settings for just 3 days. My best bet is that they roll those last 3 days into this week and make it a 10 day "final week".
