    When you violate a TOS then they will remove all your access to leagues and soon after terminate the account. that is the only reason you would be blocked out of public leagues. I don't know what TOS you may have violated but they do so without warning and unfortunately all access is permanently lost to leagues under that ID. This sounds even more the case since they locked you out of football that hasn't even started yet.
