As a commish it is not your job to legislate intelligence. I as do many many others believe that unless collusion or cheating is clear and obvious all go through. You see stupid trades every day in the majors (cough , cough , Red Sox you out there LOL). Its your league run it how you wish. But unless its cheating then it just becomes meddling and over reaching on your part IMO.
