    Question !

In a league I run, I'm currently using a 7 moves per week cap, but am shifting towards using the stat category structure to de-incentiveize streaming and roster churning.

I have an 8x8 structure. 3 "positive" counting categories, 2 "negative" counting categories, and 3 "ratios" for both hitters and pitchers. I'm trying to balance the quality vs quantity issue.
Next season, I'll probably drop the cap altogether and let the managers do their own risk/reward analysis...

Load up on sluggers, and you may hand striketouts to your opponent. Load up on base stealers, you risk giving up CS.

If you stream pitchers, you have 3 ratios you might screw up with inferior pitchers instead of just two, and will be adding to Losses and Walks along with W, K's, and SV.

It should be a good self-regulating solution. At least, in theory.
