    New dynasty/salary cap league

So I'm looking to start a brand new dynasty/salary cap league. I'm looking to do anywhere between 12-20 teams, all depends on how many people want to join. I will go ahead and list the following teams that will be available for people to choose from:

AL: Detroit Tigers, New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox, Toronto Blue Jays, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Texas Rangers, Minnesota Twins, Oakland Athletics, Tampa Bay Rays and Cleveland Indians

NL: Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves, Miami Marlins, Chicago Cubs, St.Louis Cardinals, Milwaukee Brewerers, Colorado Rockies, Los Angeles Dodgers , San Fransisco Giants and Pittsburgh Pirates

Salary Cap: For this year will be set at $130 million for this year. All teams must be cap compliant when the season begins.

Yahoo Group: I will start a yahoo group for this league which be used to keep an updated spread sheet for each team, bidding on FAs, trades and roster moves. Once the league has been set up I will go ahead and post the Yahoo group for everyone.

Minors: When you choose your team you also control the minor league prospects for that team, These prospects can be traded, however the team that receives said prospect(s) must keep them on their roster or lose them. A prospect is eligible for bidding after 1 IP or 1 AB if their team is not available in the league. A prospect with a team in the league only becomes eligible for bidding after 25 IP and/or 100 AB and he is not on said team's roster. Example: Dominic Brown breaks 100 AB's and is not the Phillies roster. He has now become a FA in our league.

Roster: Each team is required to have a minimum of 20 MLB players on each roster. If a team falls below the 20 minimum they will be prohibited from making trades until they are roster compliant.

Roster moves: A team is allowed to cut a player without any salary ramifications. When that player is cut, their salary is freed up against the cap. Cash can be used in a trade, when a team uses cash considerations it is counted against their cap and frees up the other team's cap. Trades are subject to a Commish approval. Once an approval has been completed the trade will be processed.

Challenge: Each owner is allowed one trade challenge in this league. The owner needs to either email the Commish or challenge the trade on yahoo.

Free Agents: Any player that is not signed to a deal or on a team that is not available in the league is considered a free agent. The bidding for a free agent begins at the league minimum contract which I believe is $414,000 for this year. Bidding for a free agent ends once a bid lasts for more then 24 hours. Example: Team A bids 1 mill, Team B bids 2 mill, Team B bids 2.5 mil. Team B's bid stands for 24 hours, therefore Team B is awarded said player. The winning bid will be that players salary for that year, however if the player is signed long term that bid will be his salary for every year of the contract.

DL: A team must place said player on the deal within 2-3 days of DL announcement. If a team does not removed said player from DL within a week after being reactivated, said player is lost and other teams can bid on said player.

Divisions: 2 ( AL and NL)
Playoff Seeding Options: Division winners awarded top playoff seeds
    Make League Publicly Viewable: No
