I always have trouble filling fantasy leagues with knowledgeable owners and people that actually pay up when they lose, so now I play at DraftStreet.

They do daily and weekly leagues for all sports, instead of season long leagues. They have free leagues, low stakes ($2, $5, etc...) and high stakes leagues every day/week and they handle all the payouts right after the last game of the night finishes.
It's convenient as you can play whenever you have the time and don't have to worry if you're going to get paid out or not. Also doesn't kill you if a guy on your team suffers a season long injury - it might hurt you in that night's league but tomorrow is a new day/new league.
It's pretty cool, you can play for free or for cash and leagues fill regularly. Oh and the site is based in the US (New York City), so it's all %100 legal, unlike those online sport books.
