    • In a twelve team h2h, it's unlikely there are many closers left on the open market, and it's difficult to net any from any of your opposing owners. I would say your team isn't all that terrible, and I'm not sure how much more you're hoping for. Maybe for Longoria to bounce back, but otherwise you've got a pretty knockout lineup. I sold high on Ethier a long while back, and that would have been my advice to you in that instance. Jones is a reasonably comparable player in that slot. As far as pitchers, any of the ones on your roster are capable of a no-hitter any day of the week, or a 10+ k appearance. WHIP will be your downfall here...

All in all, good team. Stand pat, maybe? that's what I would do.

    • I would opt for some relievers, especially if there are closers available. You do not need to carry so much SP unless you cannot drop people. I would make a deal for RP and also find some SBs. Those will make you more competitive on a weekly basis.

    • Well regardless of trade or free agency one thing that you could do is try to either move or drop some average SP or hitters and try to add another closer or two. Chances are you aren't going to have like 5 starters going the same day, so it's better to plug up your RP & P spots with relievers, and just rotate your starters as the play. Easy way to help with ERA, saves, WHIP, & K's
