waiver question

I would like to set my league up to have all players on waivers all the time, and have the waiver add time be 10am on Sundays. Is there anyway I can do this? if so can someone walk me through the process? its a yahoo custom league.

  you cant make it for a specific time. the only thing you can do is change the amount of days a player is on waivers (1-7 days)
  
  click on commish tools ..click on league settings and you see the waivers box there you can change the number of days
