Help with my 4th keeper

Hi - Im in a 12-team league. We each keep four players. Im keeping Hanley Ramirez, Evan Longoria, and Carlos Gonzalez. My 4th is not so clear. Currently deciding between:

Dan Uggla, 2B
Justin Upton, OF
Zach Grienke, SP
Francisco Liriano, SP
Matt Cain, SP

Any thoughts?
