Commissioner Corner Message Board
Why is there a mass Chris Coghlan drop, is there some kind of injury or declaration that he's not going to be playing anymore that I should be aware of. Otherwise I don't see why it shouldn't be perfectly fine to keep him.
Coghlan's not going anywhere he's staying in the majors. He's going through a slump right now but i guarantee you he's going to hit and hit a lot. Don't give up on him yet he's a career .300+ hitter in the minors, just wait on him a little longer before u jump the gun.

Hey not every player is going to come out of the gates rocking and justifying their draft position..
The kid had the most hits in the Major leagues from June on last year and hat hit above .300 whenever he has played.
Started slowly last year too...once this kid adjusts he will be a hit machine

buster, are you serious? or are you just ignorant? anyone who's ever seen Coghlan in at least 1 game, and knows at least a little about baseball knows that he is going to continually put up numbers.
don't drop coghlan, he'll come around. and with hanley, cantu and uggla hitting behind him, he will score a lot this year. there's a reason why he was ROY.
