PLEASE explain Keepers to me

Never did it. We haven't had the draft yet but it says I can assign keepers. I don't know who they're gonna pick yet. Do I go in there after the draft and assign them?

  A keeper league, when every manager get to keep players from the year before, U as the Commish would determine how many players each manager would be allow to keep. NOW! This would only happen after the end of this year & the start of nxt yr. U can't keep something u don't have. So, it would have to be the start of nxt yr. Good Luck
