You've got some decent power/speed guys with Upton, Kemp, and Longoria, and I like the value you got out of your pitchers (Nolasco, Wainwright, Myers, Morrow).
Still, I think you could use another established pitcher; right now I would say you have 2 and a half with Felix, Nolasco and Wainwright. Morrow could be a great pick, but he's struggled mightily with his control, and it's unclear at this point how the Mariners intend to use him. If Myers picks up where he left off in the second half, he, too, could have ace potential, but he's been really inconsistent. If you have the standard position set up--1 of each of the infielders, 3 outfielders, and a UT--perhaps consider packaging 2 outfielders in a deal.
You're also lacking somewhat in the power department with only Pena and Longoria as true 30-homer threats. Again, I'd make use of your deep bench in putting together a 2-for-1 deal. In a head-to-head league, having 3 offensive players on the same team can also work against you (i.e., when the Rays play the Yanks and Red Sox, which will be often). I'd try to part ways with one of them and add a power bat (of course, that's difficult to do because they're all excellent players).
All in all, though, if you make good use of the waiver wire, you should definitely compete for the championship.
