In 2002, I started a fantasy football keeper league called JFL. It was two leagues of twenty teams (JFL1 and JFL2) and the top ten in each got to meet one another the following season in a winners league (JFLW). You get to keep your entire roster from year-to-year and get a new team if you make JFLW. So coaches who made JFLW would have two teams if they also chose to keep their team in JFL1 or JFL2. Well, in 2004, JFL expanded to four leagues, so now the top five from four leagues make the winners league.
I also made a fantasy baseball keeper league called JBL in 2003. It was just the baseball version of JFL. Like JFL, it expanded to four leagues in 2005.
Then in late 2004, I made a fantasy basketball league called JRL. It will remain two twenty team leagues. And in 2005, I decided to create a fantasy hockey league called JHL. It will also remain two twenty team leagues.
Well, JBL just ended it's sixth season of play, but not everyone will return next season. So I'm currently looking for people to replace some of the departing managers from the four leagues.
So if you are interested in becoming a new member of JBL, please e-mail me at Parrish7233@Comcast.Net. Please include your name, age, location, and a little about your fantasy baseball background in the e-mail.
Also, please answer the following questions in the e-mail...
1. How much do you know about baseball?
2. What will you bring to JBL?
3. What will you do if you get a roster that you don't like?
4. How active will you be if it's late in the season and your team is near the bottom of the league?
Keep in the mind that by joining this league, you are joining as a replacement, meaning that you will be taking over a vacant roster in one of the four leagues. You will get the chance to pick which roster you would like.
Feel free to ask any questions as well.-

Good Afternoon,
My name is Nick Shosho and I am a 15 year vet with fantasy sports. I have won numerous championships and many division titles. I love playing in keeper leagues as you can always be active if worse comes to worse.
so, to answer your questions:
1. How much do you know about baseball?
More than I want to admit. I love the game, the players and projections that come with them. I watch many games when I am not in the middle of watching Elmo or Disney (i have a 2 year old). I live in the Raleigh/Durham NC area and have season tickets to the Durham Bulls, so I have seen the likes of Longoria, Upton, Shields and others pass through the minors.
2. What will you bring to JBL?
A ton of activity. I love to wheel and deal and talk baseball. I can bring a sense of calm to a team and build it up as needed. I love rebuilding projects and am always in a league for the long run.
3. What will you do if you get a roster that you don't like?
As mentioned before, wheel and deal. I will try to make the roster resemble one that I am proud of and one that will become successful for both the short and long term.
4. How active will you be if it's late in the season and your team is near the bottom of the league?
Very. If it is a keeper league, then there is always work to be done. Time to build a team never ends!
I hope that helps! Let me know if you need another more info
