Why does the draft order change when peole join league

How come every time someone joins a league that i'm in the draft order changes example

Draft Order changed from 'custom' to 'random',

  not sure exactly what you mean. but i know that you want the draft order to be random if ...

  but i know that you want the draft order to be random if its a yearly league. you only want custom if its a keeper/dynasty league, or if you're cheating.
