The submit button just stays gray when I try to make substitutions, I have contacted Yahoo and just got a generic answer in return.
It's been happening to me. I just keep refreshing the page till it changes to yellow
the only times this has happened to me is when I accidentally try to put a player at a position where he is not eligible, i.e. SF when he is only PF
