Trading off Mayo/Deng for Dwill and picking up Bargnani off waivers, how does that sound?
You're looking at the wrong guy to pick up on waivers if you're looking for boards, bargnani is the one of the worst rebounders for a big on the planet. Mayo gives out decent amount of assists (around 5-6) while deng could contribute in everything.
