Dwight Howard Trade Help

I was just offered Dwight Howard for My, Damian Lillard and Ed Davis in a 12 team Keeper league. Thoughts? Should I take it?

  His sub 500 FT% at 10 FTs a game tank even a team filled with 900FT% shooters.
  
  Debate how badly you need those stats against his cons, he's under rated.
