Would you drop Rubio or give him time?

My Team is 2nd in my League in Assists and 5th in Steals. A bunch of teams close in Assists and a Healthy, productive Rubio would probably put me over the top. But, will he be productive this Season? I could drop him or Matt Barnes for Green(SA) would you do it?
