Do not drop Iggy for Miles. As far as picking up Miles, he is hot right now, but understand that is because Waiters is out with injury. Once he is back, Miles will lose shot attempts.
If you are dead set on picking up Miles, drop Neal. Worse case scenario, if Miles' production falls back down(which it will), you have a 99% chance of picking Neal back up again, if you wanted.
