Help on keeper trade.

In my keeper league where we keep five from a 13 man roster the league is torn on a trade between two teams on whether its fair or not and I need your help. Please answer fair or lopsided. Thanks in advance. Team A gets Paul George, Tyreke Evans, and Bradley Beal. Team B gets Goran Dragic, Michael Beasley, and J.J. Hickson. Would you call this trade fair or lopsided? Thanks again for all your help!!
