Wall declined last year and will likely take a while after coming back to get into game shape. But regardless, he scores in the teens, has low FG%, middling FT%, low 3s, average steals for a guard. He has above average blocks for a guard, but really I am not a huge fan from a fantasy perspective, and again he did decline noticably last year so who's to say what he will be when he comes back.
Lillard is a rookie but has been consistent and puts up better numbers than I would expect from Wall when he comes back.
Bynum is obviously an upgrade over Hibbert, but it's still a while before Bynum comes back and his risk of re-injury or further injury is high. And Hibbert is a good source of rebounds, blocks, and FG%. Points are usually pretty good even if they aren't that high most of the time.
I would definitely be willing to trade Hibbert for Bynum straight out but if you have to throw in Lillard for Wall, there's not a chance I would consider that one.
