Did I F up?

Basically, did I screw up? I offered Ersan Ilyasova for Dion Waiters and the guy accepted. Am I being too impatient? Waiters IS a rookie after all, and he's been pretty inconsistent (i.e. two good games and the rest are meh). Or did I get a good deal for the struggling Ersan?
