On paper, I like this deal for you. I believe Ty will round out into an impressive fantasy pg as he has in the past. Beasley is inconsistent, and usually only scores and gives minimal contributions elsewhere. Ellis is a great sg to have, but I think Ty will be the overall better fantasy player and I don't think Beasley closes the gap. It's a close deal with the edge to the Ty side.
Is this deal good for your team? Depends. It would leave you thin at sg(you will have 3 sg-eligible players, 4 if it is Klay, and Klay is the only good one from that group) and will mean you might need to make another trade to balance things out. Your team seems reasonably balanced now, but I think this deal might be too good to pass up. Ty Lawson will improve as the season goes on and help a great deal in assts, stls, 3s, etc.
If you have Klay, I would probably do the deal.
If it is Tristin or Jason, I might ponder it a bit. In this case, do it if you think another deal can be readily made for a sg.
