No offense man, but who wants to play in a weekly league?
You mentioned-->"This type of league requires you to pay particular attention to possible injuries and missed time prior to setting your weekly lineup"
Unless the injuries occur before the coming week, it's fine. But come on! This is totally unfair. Even if you pay so much attention, everyone is not a seer to see what's coming ahead. That's a fact.
You mentioned-->"Daily transaction leagues tend to end up being an exercise in micro-management, and don’t allow you to just sit back and enjoy your team during the week"
How can you sit back and enjoy your team the whole week knowing one or two of them hit the injury list on the 1st day of the week. Man, this is such an excuse for a lazy manager who wants to play with other lazy managers. Micro-management? It's all about being active all season long that pays off. It's NOT about being active ONLY every weekend and doesn't pay off at the end of the season.
Yup I'll go elsewhere for a daily league, rather than waste a league with no possible returns.
It would be better if you give much more detail and explain the benefits on playing in a "weekly league", rather than telling guys to elsewhere. Peace.
