TRADE PLEASE HELP

I'm in second place in my league and would like to improve in rebs. and assits in time for fantasy playoffs. I dont need it now B/C the guy in third is pretty far behind. Would this trade work: I get:
Joakim noah
Dj. augustin
I GIVE Harris and stuckey
Is this good for me and would he accept? If not do you have other suggestions? other players i have that im leaving available is Jrue holiday. THanks for ur help..
