Overall, could be a fair trade, assuming Roy regains his form. However, if its good for you relies on a couple important factors.
1) You're losing a lot of blocks, rebounds, and steals. Can your team absorb this?
2) Who's on the FA list? you have to pick up a player if this trade goes through.

What does your team look like before the trade? Knowing its a no TO league makes me initially think its not a good trade for you. Williams and West have value because of their historically low TO/g, take that out of the equation and I dont like them enough to move Bosh in a contract year.
this is an 8 team league where i am currently in second place. what do i need to do to make my team better.
PG Jose Calderon
SG Kevin Durant
G Russell Westbrook
SF Rashard Lewis
PF Charlie Villanueva
F Kevin Garnett
C Chris Kaman

Sell high on Frye and Kaman if you can find any good deals. Try some 2 for 1 packages and swipe Biedrins and Oden off the FA list as soon as possible. Your team will be better in the long run if you can pull that off.

How does my team look?
util-JR Smith (Earl Smith...)
You can probably guess that I punt FT%. What can I do to improve my team? I'm in the lower half of my league. I need more assists but most of the mid-level talent that I'd be looking to trade for are on two teams who always counter my trades with garbage (like Durant for Kelenna Azuibuke garbage).

In what format, and on what type of team?
9 cat H2H, I'd have to go with:
Lee - possible regression, never going to give blocks
Bogut - getting more touches, good blocks, great fg%
Horford - getting more touches, very efficient line.
Worst to best
If you were punting blocks or If your FT% and TO are shaky, though, Lee moves ahead of Bogut. If you are punting TO, Horford's value decreases slighty, but he still doesn't hurt you anywhere.
aight so i have a full squad playing tonight... but i only got 2 spots remainin and 6 guys to choose from... who would you start?
hedo @ utah
manu @ dal
al harrington @ ind
wilson chandler @ ind

Tough call. Ginobili, Turkoglu, and Harrington are a bit banged up, all are possible to play, but its hard to expect they are 100%. Maggette at boston usually wouldn't be a great choice, however, the warriors have only 7 players suited up yet again, so the minutes will be there. Neither Chandler or Millsap have been very good so far either. My opinion, if you are close in points this week, take a chance on Harrington + Maggette, if you are closer in BLK/FG, play it safe with Millsap + Maggette.
he said to throw him an offer and he likes Westbrook, but who to pair him with??? i dont know if he would take an injured Biedrins, but i couldnt afford to give up any other C's

Team A wins this one. Their ranks for the season are pretty close, however, Frye is pretty much a 1 cat player, he's top 5 in 3ptm/g. Other than that, he's going to give very low production. Horford on the other than, has great value in fg%, reb, blk, and very low TO for a C. I really like Frye, and I think he will probably produce well throughout the season, but there's more risk with him than with Horford.
