My team is 9th out of 12 in head to head..
I recently traded Iverson for Nash
Richard Hamilton for David West
Paul Pierce for Joe Johnson, Fransisco Garcia, and Brendan Haywood. Dropping Anthony Carter

Did I get better or make my team worse? I broke all the numbers down and did better in 6 areas and lost in 3 by no more than 2 points..and the ones i lost i could spare a few to gain where i did. But everyone tells me i got the sour end. Any moves i could make to improve?

I am in a 12 team 13 player roto league.

I update my roster daily putting those not playing on the bench (leaving empty roster spots when applicable) and bringing up those who are scheduled to play.

Should I play all available players (including my average guys) or just the ones I think will play good that night? Am I spending too much time dropping down my team members not playing to the bench or will it not hurt me to leave them in the lineup if they are not playing?

I'm still getting used to this roto points based system. Any clarification on roto scoring or roto advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

Unless the other manager is asleep at the wheel, there's no way it works. Arenas and Hill are both injured; meanwhile, we don't know exactly when Arenas comes back. Meanwhile, you ask for a top assists guy in D-Will, good blocks guy in Okafor and a great 20/10 plus blocks and percentages guy in D-West. You're definitely asking for a LOT. This is a GREAT trade for YOU if it goes through somehow, but I doubt it will. You need to let me know what you're looking to improve. Hope that helps!

I am in a 10 team 11 roster head-head team and in the 3rd place, what do u think of my current rosters? glad if u would suggest. Trades or a move from the waive wire? By the way, the included stats in the league are pts, fgm, fg%,3ptsmade, ftm, ft%, stls, blks, assts, reb. I like to win on all these categories but sadly I always defaeted on the 3pts made so now I am planning to concentrate on other stas except the 3pts so in the end of the week, I could have a 9-1 record.

Oh the FA list in 8-team leagues.... If ONLY!! All those guys in any other league would be 100% owned. I think that you have to see your team and what areas, if any, you are constantly weaker in. A guy like Rasheed that you can plug in at Center is a ridiculous commodity. His combo of treys/steals/blocks makes him a great fantasy player week in and week out. Check out your past weeks, and see if there's any consistent trends in losing out on certain cats. Rasheed looks the most valuable out of those FA's. Hope tha t helps!

I actually just did this in a league, but I'd definitely try to sell Rip while his value is high. He'll still be pretty good, but I don't like the way Coach is playing his starters with sparing minutes. He'll have a hard time keeping up his numbers to this point, especially if he starts losing minutes due to blowouts and getting younger guys in the mix... The coaching strategy kinda reminds me of what the Running Back by committee is in Fantasy football...but that's beside the point, haha. Well, so try trading Hamilton straight up for Randolph. I realize that Randolph is rated lower, but he and Jamal Crawford are the only two real players(maybe Nate Robinson and David Lee) on New York that are for real. If it's boards you need without too much a drop in points, it's worth it for you... Now, if you were the manager of a real life-NBA team, I'd NEVER say trade for Randolph.. this is STRICTLY for fantasy purposes. Hope that helps!

What's up man,

I'd say that if you drop him now, someone will most undoubtedly pick him up. I think the longest estimate of him being out is 4 weeks, which has him coming back right around your playoff start. Now, wouldn't you hate to see him helping another team to the championship because you dropped him? If you CAN trade him, which will be difficult, I'd trade him for any of those guys you name. But, I'm going to guess you'll have to wait out his injury and hope he comes back sooner than later. Hope that helps!

Fair trade or Foul Play? This guy in my leauge has been in second or third all year. I have been in first in a roto leauge. There is a another manager who I believe may be the same person. The other team always picks up the best FA's but never plays any games and is -120 games in maximum games. The two teams have a pending trade. The second place team gets Sheed and Iverson. The other team gets Kevin Martin,Troy Murphy, Zach Randolph, and AK47. There are a few inactive teams so I don't think the trade will be vetoed. Does this seem fishy to you or what?
