I feel like I have too many Gaurds but I just can't seem to depart with any of them. Is that smart?

Leaning towards OUTLAW since he is ranked lowest and he isn't a starter.
or
Sean Williams - although Sean started in the last 3 games and is putting up some good Fantasy numbers.

Question #2: How did Sean Williams get in the staring lineup? Do you think he will continue to be there or is this a temporary thing?

I'm in third place out of 14 in a H2H league, 10.5 games behind the leader. My team leads the league in FG%, points, and boards, is second in blocks and third in assists, but my lack of treys and monstrous TO #'s kill me week after week.
