i would go with west....cassell may not be the best at what PGs should be best at, but when healthy he does score. however, his healthy would be the only reason to get rid of him. West however, is probably the most inconsistent. so its a matter of inconsistency versus health. me personally i wouldnt drop peja or rondo. peja is among the leagues leaders in 3s - cant understand why you would drop him for daniels - that makes no sense.

WTF are you smoking man?? Peja has been hurt, not "inconsistent" as you put it and Outlaw is averaging 12pts/5rebs/1ast/1blk/1stl per game for a team that is surging. Those numbers are by far better than what Delonte West will average this year...and he will probably play more than 40 games unlike Grandaddy Cassell.
maybe theirs some more valuable FA's in ur league. isnt daniels injured? anyway, i'll name a few somewhat quality guys.
those are some okay guys, but not great reliable ones.
I would drop either:
1) Delonte West - I don't see him getting consistent minutes now that Ridnour is playing again
2) Sam Cassell - How old is this guy like 50? Sams body is tore up...
3) Sean Williams - You have quite a few big men and he is your most expendable, plus there is alot of hype on him right now. Better than releasing him though, I would try a 2for1 trade with TMAC/Williams or TMAC/Cassell & upgrade wherever you are lacking (not sure what kind of league you are in) statwise, then pickup Daniels.
