I followed all their directions, but never received an email noting payout, (within 10-14 days). I have a paypal account. Don't need to file a W9. I contacted customer care, and they linked the instructions I had already followed. I told them to reread my first request which is now a complaint. Wondering if anyone else is having the same concerns.
