I am in a private yahoo league, and part of our settings include a seasonal yardage bonus, which I had a player achieve today. These points are not showing up on my team log...does this not happen until the overnight server update, or should I be concerned that something is not going properly?

What do you mean by "team log"? If you are talking about your season to date yardage or points totals they should update tonight for all players who have played today.
