waiver priority

this year our league used the reverse order in standings for waiver priority. does the last place team get 1st priority on every player that he puts n for, or just his first claim?

  Yeah.... Hello. If it isn't "rolling" then yes, they get as many as they want before the next owner gets his picks. This was covered in depth in weeks 2 and 3 and Yahoo even allowed Commishes to change the waivers themselves at that point because of the confusion. Waivers are confusing but that would have been noticed and fixed months ago.
