I also should add that it would be a good idea NOT to switch to a keeper league mid-season. The rules concerning keepers should be clearly stated BEFORE the initial draft of any keeper league as the draft strategy for some people could be vary different, as well as roster management during the season.

Eulogy is right. Those options are in your Commish Tools under League and Draft management. I don't play keepers, but it says you can import the rosters from (last year) and let owners assign keepers, etc. next year before the draft.

I believe that is an option available to you next year when you reactivate the league.
